Before you pick
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, up to 14 days before the gates open and subject to availability. You pay the difference, not the full price of the new tier.
Are passes transferable?
General admission passes transfer once through the official transfer page. VIP+ and Backstage passes are named and cannot be transferred, because they carry credentials tied to a person.
What does the meet-and-greet draw actually mean?
Every VIP+ holder is entered into a draw for each of the three nights. Backstage holders skip the draw entirely and are guaranteed a meet-and-greet with all three headliners.
Is there a payment plan?
Passes above $900 can be split across three monthly payments, with the first taken at purchase.
What is the refund policy?
All passes are non-refundable once issued, except where the festival is cancelled outright. Postponement moves your pass to the new dates automatically.
How many Backstage passes exist?
Twelve for the weekend. They are sold in one release and are not restocked.
